1. Click Transactions → All Transactions from the Menu.
2. All the Transactions are grouped into All, Paid and Unpaid transactions.
3. A table with Transactions list will be shown along with Property Name,Tenant Name, Date, Transaction Type, Total, Receipt*.
* Receipt option is available for Income and Liability transaction type and not for expense.
4. You can also sort the Property, Tenant name, Transaction type, Total,Date in ascending or descending order alphabetically or numerically.
1. Click Transactions → All Transactions from the Menu.
2. Select Property name, Tenant name, Transaction type and you can also set Start and End date criteria to search particular Transaction records in the search bar.
3. Click ‘Search’ to get the filtered results for your transaction data.

2.To export your all Transactions with its details, click Export button.
3.You can also Export particular Transaction after filtering them.
*What’s new: 4. The exported document also includes the ‘Notes’ you have added with each Transaction.
*Note that E-signed Receipt option is available for Income and Liability Transaction type only and not for Expense.

2. Click ‘Receipt’ under Receipt column in Transaction list table.
3. Receipt details will be shown in popup window.
4. World of Rental gives you a Receipt template filled with the details of the Property and Tenant name, Rent amount and Lease period. You can Edit the Receipt content by clicking on ‘Edit Text’.
5. You can e-sign your signature in ‘Signature’ box. Also you can ‘clear’ your signature to reset.
6. This Receipt can be directly emailed to your Tenant by clicking ‘Email Receipt’ or it can be saved in your computer by clicking ‘Save as PDF’.
Edit the Transaction:
1. Click Transactions → All Transactions from the Menu.
2. Click ‘Edit’ button under ‘Action’ for the transaction you want to modify details for.
3. After making changes for the Transaction Details, Click ‘Save’ to add the changes in your Transaction data.
Delete the Transaction:
1. Click Transactions → All Transactions from the Menu.
2. To Delete any Transaction, click on the downward arrow besides ‘Edit’ and click ‘Delete’.
*What’s new:
You can mark any Transaction as Unpaid or Paid with just a click, no need to edit the details for it.

3. Click on ‘Mark as Unpaid’ or ‘Mark as Paid'(in Unpaid tab).

2. Just click on the link you want info for and you’ll be able to review it.
1. Click Tenants → Tenant Assessment from the Menu.
2. The table shows the Tenants Assessment Report with details like income, expense and liability for each tenant. So you can learn from which tenant the business was profitable.
3. To view details of the income, expense and liabilities report click on ‘View Details’. It will display a pop up window with income, expense,liability report with its type, sub total, tax and total.
1. Click Tenants → Tenant Assessment from the Menu.
2. To search your desired Assessment Report just select Property Name and/or Tenant Name in the search bar.
3. Click ‘Search’ to get the filtered results of assessment reports.

2. There are 2 ways you can export(download) the Tenant Assessment Report:
1) You can export all the assessment records of the tenants by clicking ‘Export all’.
2) You can export assessment record of individual tenant by selecting the download document format under ‘Export all’.
Available document format for export are PDF(Only readable), XLS and XLSX(Spreadsheet).
