1. Click Transactions → Recurring Transactions from the Menu.

2. Click Add New.

3. Fill the required details such as Template name i.e. Rent, Repair, Property and Tenant name, Transaction type and Total.
* For Expense Transaction type, you can add Tax amount & Sub-total and the total will automatically be calculated.

4. There are 3 types of Recurring Transaction in World of Rental:

Unscheduled: Unscheduled transactions don’t occur in a Timely manner, you use them as needed from the Recurring Transactions list.
Scheduled: This type of transaction will recur as per your choice. Just select the criteria ‘Recur Every’, ‘Start Date’ and ‘Period’ of time you want it to recur.

The Recurring Transaction added under this category will be displayed under the Unpaid Transactions list.
*You must select the Start Date a future date. This date must be tomorrow or later.

Reminder: Only Recurring reminder will be available for this and no transaction will be saved. But you’ll get an alert notification for it.
